Product availability, service areas, and delivery schedules are subject to operational conditions.

3. Customer Eligibility

By using our website, you confirm that you are legally capable of entering into a valid purchase agreement under applicable Indian law.

6. Product Prices and Market Fluctuations

Fresh vegetable prices may fluctuate due to market conditions, seasonal availability, transportation costs, and supply changes.

"Prices shown are current indicative selling prices and may change with market conditions. Your final bill will be confirmed by our team before your order is processed."

Where prices are indicative, the website will display the estimated order value before checkout.

If an adjustment becomes necessary after payment, we will communicate the proposed change and request your approval.

We will not collect additional payments without authorization.

If you do not approve a material price increase, you may decline the revised order and receive an appropriate refund for the affected prepaid items or order.

Once an order's final price is confirmed, subsequent market fluctuations will not automatically increase the amount payable.

The order is accepted for fulfilment once availability, delivery serviceability, payment, and any necessary final price confirmation have been verified.

8. Online Payments Only

Jamalpur’s Fresh Baskets accepts online payments only.

Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available.

Payment options displayed at checkout may include:

All online payments are processed using the payment gateway enabled on our website.

Customers must not share UPI PINs, banking passwords, card PINs, or payment OTPs with our staff.

9. Next-Day Delivery Policy

Jamalpur’s Fresh Baskets follows a next-day delivery model.

Orders placed and successfully confirmed within the applicable order cutoff are normally scheduled for delivery on the following day.

Order Date: 5 November 2026

Scheduled Delivery Date: 6 November 2026

Orders placed after the applicable cutoff may be scheduled for the next available delivery date.

Delivery is subject to:

• Payment confirmation
• Product availability
• Delivery location
• Order cutoff time
• Weather and traffic conditions
• Operational feasibility

The scheduled delivery date will be displayed or communicated during order confirmation.

We do not currently offer regular same-day delivery.

10. Delivery Locations

Our services are available in selected Hyderabad delivery areas.

Customers must enter their correct PIN code and full delivery address during checkout.

Delivery availability is determined by our active service-area coverage.

We may temporarily restrict delivery to particular areas when operational circumstances require it.

If an order is accepted but cannot be fulfilled because the delivery location is unavailable, the customer will be informed and offered an appropriate resolution, including a refund where applicable.

11. Delivery Charges

Delivery charges, if applicable, are calculated according to the configured delivery location, order value, or promotional conditions.

The applicable charge will be displayed during checkout before payment.

Any free-delivery promotion or minimum-order requirement applies only when its conditions are met.

We will not add undisclosed delivery charges after an order has been confirmed.

12. Customer Delivery Responsibilities

The Community Basket is a customizable vegetable basket offered at ₹599 when the promotion is active.

The basket allows customers to select 10 eligible vegetables according to the offer's published selection and quantity rules.

Conditions:

• Only eligible vegetables may be selected.
• Each selected vegetable is subject to its applicable quantity limit.
• Product availability may vary.
• Substitutions require customer approval.
• Any applicable delivery charges are displayed at checkout.
• The offer is subject to its published validity and availability conditions.

The ₹599 price does not imply unlimited quantities of any vegetable.

16. Weekly Basket Plans

Jamalpur’s Fresh Baskets may offer:

Kitchen Essentials Basket — ₹999/week

A weekly selection of everyday vegetables and kitchen essentials.

Family Fresh Basket — ₹1,249/week

A larger weekly selection designed for household requirements.

Each plan may include customization options or complimentary products as described in its current offer.

Weekly Basket Conditions

• Plan contents are governed by the selected plan details.
• Delivery follows the confirmed weekly schedule.
• Product substitutions require customer approval.
• Customers must provide accurate delivery information.
• Payments must be completed online.
• Plan modifications depend on the preparation and procurement stage.

Purchasing a weekly basket does not automatically authorize recurring payments unless a separate recurring-payment arrangement has been clearly disclosed and approved.

Pause, renewal, and cancellation conditions will be presented with the relevant plan and applicable policies.

17. Order Modifications

Customers who wish to modify an order should contact customer support promptly.

Requests may include:

• Changing vegetable quantities
• Removing an item
• Requesting an available substitution
• Correcting a delivery address
• Changing an available delivery schedule

Modifications depend on the order's current status, product availability, payment adjustments, and procurement progress.

We cannot guarantee requested changes once an order has been packed or dispatched.
